ลักษณะงาน

- Research and prospects for new leads as well as generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and on-site visits. - Coordinate with Medical Sales Representative to convert leads. - Gather all relevant information from leads, the conversion process, and gaps. - Ensure a satisfactory and smooth customer journey and a successful sales cycle. - Represent the brand, foster a positive brand image and, good relations with existing clients and accounts. - Increase client-to-account conversion and reduce churn rate. - Increase account value and ensure satisfactory account support. - Provide support and act as a person of contact for clients and accounts. - Convert dead accounts to live accounts. - Collect, record, analyze, and report account feedback, request, inquiry, and other relevant information. - Take charge of the client database (CDP) and leads pool as well as CRM. - Follow-up on hot and cold clients and accounts. - Generate records and reports where relevant. - Hold and fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- A Thai national with a valid driver's license. - A bachelor’s degree in Comm. Arts, Marketing, Business Admin., Medical/Life Science, or those related. - Ability to learn and understand technical data of products. - Excellent command of English with emphasis on Business-Formal English ( TOEIC > 600 ). - At least 1 year of experience in Sales/ Sales Support/ Customer Service is highly preferred. - Experiences in the pharmaceutical, aesthetic, medical device, or cosmetic industries are highly preferred.
