ลักษณะงาน

The Assistant Marina Operation Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the successful operation of the Phuket Yacht Haven Marina. This position provides leadership and direction to the Marina offices, outside operations, and associates. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsible for management of daily operations. 2. Ensure Marina rules and regulations, policies and procedures are current, posted, and comply with all laws and industry regulations 3. Develop, implement, maintain and audit standard operating procedures for every facet of Marina operations to ensure proper 4. Oversee operations of the Marina, fuel dock, boat activity, mechanical equipment and other ancillary Marina operations 5. Ensure the safety of customers and employees. Provide for training of employees in the safe use of marina equipment and all functions related to their respective positions, including the training of firefighting equipment and spill containment 6. Ensure and take appropriate action for the proper maintenance of all marina equipment, property, grounds and floating or fixed docks 7. Ensure that all company and customer equipment are secure each evening prior to lock up 8. Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education University/college degree in business management, economics ,hospitality, asset management or equivalent Experience - 3-5 years’ leadership experience in Marina related management/operations required Or (IMM, AMM, CMM) certification through the Association of Marina Industries preferred
