1. Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or related fields. 2. At least 2 cycle of project implementation involvement. 3. 2 – 5 years of work experience in developer fields. 4. Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle in Java (Jsp, Servlet, jsf, Spring) C#.NET, Database (oracle, package, procedure, function, trigger), Toos (JDeveloper), jasper report. 5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skill, pro-active, self-motivated, systematic thinking, good team working, faster learning and willing to contribute. 6. Good understanding of IT architecture, IT systems, programming and development skills. 7. Good English competency. 8. Passion for Open Source, agile software development, new trends and technologies. 9. Good knowledge in Project implementation. 10. Good knowledge in connectivity of .NET applications to other services (like SOAP, JSON.
