ลักษณะงาน

Job Description Main Missions - Ensure contract renewal for our existing accounts - Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and success Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and define with your manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution. As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible for: 1. Delivering flawless service, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams: - Operational support (within internal team) - Marketing optimization (with Editorial and Marketing Partnership teams) 2. Proactively providing the best strategic support (go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc.) with the use of digital distribution knowledge 3. Fully comprehending the client needs and identify potential services to upsell 4. Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue and gross margin through analyzing data from the dashboard and continuously monitoring the performance 5. Ensuring timely renewal of contracts

Qualifications - Understanding of the music ecosystem - Analytical and data-driven - Performance-driven - Active listener, relationship building Prior additional: - Proven track record in sales and effective negotiation skills - Deep knowledge of the indie artists landscape + Labels - Passionate about technology, data, and artists development - Fluent in English and native language (i.e. South language)
