- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay. - Actively listen to and resolve complaints - Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Has experience in similar role with Accor minimum 1 year. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills - Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
