ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities - Comprehend business requirements - Be the key point of contact - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement - Support informed business decisions - Analyze and translate these requirements into clear and actionable specifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the improvements - Utilize your expertise in AWS or other cloud platforms to evaluate, recommend, and implement cloud-based solutions (A plus) - Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders - Maintain documentation to ensure it remains accurate and up-to-date - Plan and execute test cases to ensure that new solutions meet business requirements - Ensure that the solutions meet business requirements for successful project delivery

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Computer Science) - At least 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) - Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Project management experience or familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus - Knowledge in development and Scrum Methodologies is a plus - AWS certification(s) is a strong advantage
