ลักษณะงาน

1.Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. 2.Arrange and manage interview, assessment, and other recruitment-related activity scheduling. 3.Support in the planning, coordination, and implementation of talent acquisition endeavors, including recruitment events, initiatives to enhance employer branding, and enhancements to recruitment processes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. At least 4 months of internship program. 2. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 5. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources. 6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
