Key Responsibilities: Handle daily communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding products, orders, and services. Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure timely production and delivery. Organize and coordinate customer orders. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Maintain and update client about working progress Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of transactions and communications. Provide administrative support to sale representative Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Coordinate with local and overseas teams to ensure seamless operations. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Provide support to the management team in achieving business goals.
