- Managing, training, hiring, and developing sales representatives - Motivating sales representatives to archive the target goal - Evaluating sales representative’s performance - Overseeing entire branches (The Mall/Central/Robinson/flagship) - Handling customer complaints regarding service or product - Coordinating stock filing schedule/checking stock regularly - Tracking and analyzing offline sales

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field - At least 2 years+ working experience in retail-related business - Leadership skill - Can do attitude - Strong communication skills - Excellent negotiation skills and people management - Strong understanding of the retail market environment in the Modern Trade Channel - Excellence in Good MS Office and presentation skills - Good analytical skills - English proficiency

35,000 - 70,000 บาท
