ลักษณะงาน

1. Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients. 2. Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets. 3. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. 4. Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives. 5. Work closely with Revenue team to monitor rate parity. 6. Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports. 7. Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals. 8. Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices. 9.Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products. 10. Establishing a sales training program to train new employees. 11.Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance. 12.Understand long stay market and handle online platform for relocation and global companies ( 3Sixty, Cvent, Nomad, Acomodeo..etc )

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. University graduates, major in hotel management or English. 2. Three years for FOM position and have been working in international five star hotels. 3. Having experience study or work in American and experienced for opening international five star hotels. 4. 30-40 years old, outgoing, strong communication skill in both English. 5. Good command of Comanche, Word and Excel. 6. Familiar with service standards of operational departments.
