ลักษณะงาน

The duties and responsibilities of this position include : · Managing the regional largest customer implementation projects from start to finish within your designated territory · Perform high level presentations, hold project kickoff meetings, develop timelines and Gantt charts, cross-referencing, establishing min/max's and inventory prep, VMI and Onsite set ups and drive efficiencies · Train and ensure branch personnel are comfortable and up to speed with the system set up · Performing DMAIC/CI Analysis and assisting sales proposals · Conducting account retention audits and assisting with quarterly business reviews

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Fluent in English is a must (If able to speak Mandarin will be a plus) - Prior sales/account management work experience - Past work experiences on customer project based implementation will be a plus - Experience or knowledge with Project Management, Industrial supply chain, Lean or Continuous Improvement focus will be a plus - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite - Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented - Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities - Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills - Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Ability and willingness to travel 50% or more with some overnights and weekends required. - Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh between 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs - A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
