Job Overview: The Research and development (R&D) Developer is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Writing and implementing efficient code. You usually are involved directly in software and hardware development. Including activities that company undertake to innovate and introduce new products and services. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Meeting with business management, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas. - Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions. - Collaborating with the engineering, developers and Business Development department on product feasibility to mock up product designs. - Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs. - Creating design projects and specification sheets. - Developing ideas for, manage, and lead projects until they become real products. - Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders. - Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes. Overseeing the production process. - Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity. - Resolving product issues.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related fields. - Having working experience with information technologies and R&D in software development. - Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions. - Use good verbal communication skills to collaborate with research and development team members, and written communication skills to help write detailed product plans. - Perform many research tasks and create design plans for products. - Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages. - Excellent analytical skills, challenge with solving a problem and work well under pressure. - Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
