ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: • Plans, directs and co-ordinates the installation, repair and maintenance of Boiler, Water Plant, Chiller, Freezer Room, Compressed Air Plant, Air-Conditioning System, Fire Protection, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Power Plant. • Ensures that all utilities provided to the operation are of highest quality, timely, accurate and • Provides new technology or program to improve utility supply energy usage reduction. • Monitors utility supply; and establishes controls to reduce company energy usage for effective cost reduction. • Create maintenance plan and maintenance method to maintain all Utilities system • To perform, implement, analyze and evaluate corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activity. • To implement, follow up and evaluate maintenance subcontractor works in term of efficiency and safety standard • To be a team member to support Safety, KAIZEN, GEMBA, Energy Saving, Utility Improvement activities. • Have to know and understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001 and etc • To be the leader in monitoring, and tracking any certificate or licenses of a utility system that is relevant to the law and standard

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications • 3-5 years of work experience as a utility engineer, Facility engineer • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related. • Excellent analytical-thinking, problem-solving, relationship-building and communication skills. • Proactive, results-driven, Lean-thinking, problem-solving, analytical-oriented, growth mindset, honest and leadership skill • Knowledge and experience in Chiller (Air Cool and Water cool), VRV System, Air Compressor (Oil free), Air Drier, Heat Exchanger, Water and waste-water Pumping and Piping Systems, HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Waste-Water Treatment Systems • Able to use software applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad 2D or 3D, etc. • Basic knowledge of power Bi and Power automate • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
