ลักษณะงาน

We have 45 beds and have operated for almost 10 years. We aim for great experiences with guests staying at our place yet still have a cozy and family-like vibe. As a supervisor, you will be working mostly in the operation field: team management, guest management, maintenance, administrative cooperation, activity leading, and upselling in-store products and services with people. You will work in shifts and manage up to 6 staff members from front operation to housekeeping. You may also monitor the monthly budget, and stock update, and participate in basic marketing (booking, guest folio, price, availability). Base in the center of the Silom-Sathorn area by Silom Road opposite Patpong market and Lalaisup local market Free accommodation is provided, and free stay with us at the property (bunk bed) Work day is 5-6 days per week with an 8-hour shift per day. 16 days per year for holiday leave (including public holidays)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Check the list below before applying: 1. 1-2 years of Hostel or Hotel experience required (experience as a senior position or manager is a plus) 2. Professional but flexible and adaptable 3. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Being able to communicate in any other additional languages is a plus. 4. Optimistic with service attitude 5. Outgoing and creative, Familiar with the hostel vibe, and know how to react or build the vibe 6. Able to work under pressure and flexible time (8-hour shift). 7. Open-minded with fast learning skills, eager to learn/ improve, and hard working at heart. 8. A good communicator and decision-maker, we needed it. 9. Have good computer skills in MS Office, Email, Internet. Experience in the hostel/ hotel property management system is a plus. 10. Other skills: sales skills (understanding basic selling channel and the way it works), people skills, time management, teamwork and leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and more.
