ลักษณะงาน

- Create roadmap, contribute to transform Business unit to Operation Excellence. - Provide Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization to drive short-term and long-term business improvements. - Support & facilitate the CI projects (Kaizen workshop, training, tool deployment). - Organize of 5S project in plant. - Tracks individual BU performance and progress, and reports on LEAN efficiency savings. - Prepare monthly meeting & report such as road map update, continue improvement system, Training record. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. -Min. 5 years of operations excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement. -Six Sigma Training (BB or Green Belt certification). -Strong technical skills in engineering (Lean and problem solving tools). -General business acumen and analytical capability.
