ลักษณะงาน

1. Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets customer’s requirements at all time 2. Ensure that the quality level incoming, in- process and outgoing meets company’s goal and objectives and also the ISO certification standard 3. To constantly study and implement new formulations and work procedures in the compounding process or related functions to improve on glove quality and productivity 4. Provide training to compounding supervisor, line boys and workers on the compounding process and other relevant knowledge on glove production 5. To control the chemical usage in compounding department and to make sure all chemicals used in the compounding process are within standard 6. To monitor the latex and chemical preparation by the compounding supervisor is according to standard 7. Understand management direction clearly and work according to management directions

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or any relevant field 2. Good communication skills both towards customer and internally 3. Analytical, reliable, hardworking. 4. Able to use Microsoft Office. 5. Able to work under pressure. 6. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills. 7. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
