ลักษณะงาน

- Manage Reservations - Greet customers upon their room - Coordinate with Activity Specialist staff to organize the activity at the hostel. - Coordinate with Guest Relations staff for the reservation and available room. - Coordinate with Cleaning staff for the cleaning schedule. - Monitor a clean lobby and property area - Cater to guests who require extra attention - Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries - Assist Guest Relations staff as needed

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Maturity in the Workplace - Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Hospitality - Understanding of Hotel/Hostel etiquette - Experience in managing reservations - Demonstrable customer service skills - Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire lobby and property area - Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift - High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus - Availability to work in shifts as needed
