ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the business translation work of real estate projects between Thailand and China, including translation of meetings, negotiations, documents and contracts. 2. Assist Chinese and Thai business personnel in communication to ensure accurate information transmission and smooth cooperation. 3. Understand and convey the commercial needs, real estate policies and regulations of both parties. 4. Participate in related business activities and project sites, perform oral and written translation to ensure unimpeded communication between both parties. 5. Assist in writing reports, emails and other documents, and translate when needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Native Chinese or native Thai speaker with excellent Thai language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. Relevant background and experience in the real estate industry, familiar with professional terms and processes of the real estate market. 3. Rich translation experience, especially in the field of business translation, able to translate business documents and contracts accurately and quickly. 4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate communication between both parties. 5. Cross-cultural communication skills, understand cultural differences between China and Thailand, able to handle related issues properly. 6. Proficient in office software and translation tools such as Microsoft Office, etc. 7. Has experience in translating construction, engineering and design.
