ลักษณะงาน

Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and qualify potential customers. Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect needs and challenges. Utilize various channels (inbound & outbound) to generate leads, such as networking, cold calling, and following up on website inquiries. - Guide potential customers through the entire sales process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software products. - Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage renewals. - Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a positive experience. - Work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. - Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing insightful reports to sales leadership.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in SAAS software or a related B2B environment. - Be proficient in English in both of verbal and written - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving targets. - In-depth understanding of the software industry and current technology trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation. - A passion for technology and the ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.
