ลักษณะงาน

The Product Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the development and management of products from conception to launch. This individual collaborates closely with manufacturing partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure product excellence and market success. Responsibilities include overseeing product designs, coordinating manufacturing processes, managing product information, conducting training sessions, collecting and prioritizing feedback, and spearheading product launch activities. ● Responsible for drawing up and monitoring new product development reviews. ● Responsible for sourcing formulas and packaging from suppliers, and for initial requests for prices and lead times. ● Collaborate with manufacturing partners to refine product designs and ensure manufacturing feasibility. ● Compare and coordinate manufacturing options, selecting the most suitable partners for production. ● Manage product knowledge, information, and specifications for packaging and promotional materials. ● Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for internal teams and external partners. ● Facilitate the collection of feedback on new product features and enhancements from various stakeholders. ● Translate feedback into actionable marketing requirements, prioritizing them appropriately for product development. ● Lead the design, development, and coordination of product launch activities, ensuring successful market entry. ● Establish effective communication and credibility with customers, product development, operations, sales, and other stakeholders. ● Collaborate with the product development team on validation and verification processes, including site selection and execution, FDA registration.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

● Higher education qualification in engineering or business, Marketing, Cosmeceutical, or related field. ● At least 5 years’ experience in project management in the development of Cosmetics and/or Pharmaceutical products. ● Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. ● Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. ● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
