ลักษณะงาน

We're seeking a meticulous Biologist Technician to lead our fruit fly colonies through every stage of their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the health, productivity, and integrity of our colonies, while also contributing to research endeavors and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: -Colony Oversight: Manage the care and maintenance of our fruit fly (B. dorsalis) colonies with precision and care. -Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor QA/QC parameters to uphold the highest standards of colony health and productivity. -Experiment Supervision: Oversee experiments, ensuring adherence to protocols and assisting with data collection and preliminary analysis. -Data Management: Record, track, and analyze data pertaining to colony health, growth rates, and experiment results. -Health Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve health issues or diseases within the colonies promptly and effectively. -Research Support: Contribute to literature research and provide assistance with general administrative tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: -Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Entomology, or a closely related field. -Hands-On Experience: Proven track record in laboratory or research settings, preferably with experience in insect rearing. -Experiment Supervision: Ability to supervise experiments, collect data, and conduct basic data analysis. -Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, including record-keeping and data management. -Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
