Assist Management with a wide variety of tasks. Organizing invoices & receipts Filing Documentation - Tracking/Request for Withholding Tax & other accounting documents from outsource Accountants - Collect & check Staff Expenses - Organize & Track POS Materials & Storage Room stocks - Filing & ordering of Samples, FOC - Event Support - Organize for office deliveries/Postage - Reporting - Using Excel to key in data - Track & order Office supplies - Liaising with Office Building’s Engineer & Admin team for various requests for maintenance etc.
