ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: • Respond to all inquiries from new and current The Lost Boys Co. Ltd., customers on different online channels (LINE Official Account, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email) • Arrange deliveries for Lost Boys customers with our team of drivers and delivery applications • Ensure 5-star customer service with response times of maximum 5 minutes and build 5-star reviews for our online delivery service • Assist our Operations Manager with POS System setup • Help with any other required administrative tasks, including but not limited to sourcing supplies, basic design work

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: • Thai nationals only • Strong English writing and reading skills • At least 30 years old • Must be fast at typing • Very comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office programs • Previous experience in a Customer Service position an advantage • Very organized and highly attentive to detail • Extremely punctual
