ลักษณะงาน

-Handling all inquiries from our guest/agents as assigned -Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with guest/Travel Agents. -Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers …….etc. -Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers -Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process. -Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend. -Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services. -Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls -Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment….etc.) -Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง 3. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี 4. มีความรอบรู้ในด้านการจัดการการจองห้องพัก 5. มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมและมีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน
