ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: • Responsible for activities as per assigned • Checking incoming goods against shipping document (invoice & packing list) & Co-ordinate with oversea supplier • Picking, checking & packing for Outgoing goods against document • Booking with forwarder to pick up delivery • Maintain the Import permit for every incoming goods • Update inventory Stock Report & Issue stock adjustment • Billing • Prepare T-Loan to customer & follow up outstanding T-Loan • Prepare monthly inventory report • Perform admin job – filling, etc.. • Generate Service Job Quotation , follow up with Customer & Service Billing

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Male / Female – Age 28-35 years • Good command on Writing, Speaking in English & Email Correspondence • Experience in Import & Export BOI , IEAT and Customs clearance process • Computer Skill & Excellent on Excel • Able to work hard & patience
