We are looking for you! A highly sociable person, who knows the ins and outs of social media. Data-driven and able to multitask. Someone who is bold, passionate, and a team player. Responsibilities - Manage influencer marketing campaigns and Partiposters on behalf of clients. - balance with free-range creativity and guidelines of the brief. - Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. - Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect. - Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment. - Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about Partiposters behavior. - Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. - Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. - Identifying industry trends.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Sound Like You? - Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in client servicing is required. - Passionate about social media, content marketing, influencer marketing and online advertising. - Knowledge of using Google Sheets and Google Docs is required. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (other languages are a plus). - Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. - Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent active listening skills. - Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. - Understanding of user behaviors and industry trends. - Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
