ลักษณะงาน

1. Analyze and assess risks associated with business operations and digital asset trading. 2. Develop and implement risk management strategies to efficiently mitigate business risks. 3. Design and implement policies and processes related to risk management in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 4. Continuously improve and develop policies and processes to adapt to changing risk scenarios. 5. Conduct risk monitoring and evaluation to track and identify potential risks and issues. 6. Provide recommendations and execute actions to enhance risk management processes and policies. 7. Communicate risk-related matters and risk management strategies to the team and management. 8. Conduct training sessions to educate staff on risk-related processes and policies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or risk management 2. Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to digital asset broker exchange operations 3. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a risk management role within financial institutions or related companies 4. Proficiency in risk analysis and assessment 5. Ability to develop and execute risk management strategies 6. Strong communication and training skills related to risk management 7. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and management for efficient risk management 8. Capability to convey understanding and garner support from individuals with varying levels of risk knowledge
