Join Our Team at AmdangTyphoon Group 📍 Hybrid/Onsite working : Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum-Thani 👤 About the Role: - Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational goals. - Deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff team in standard operating procedure. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in development processes. - Implement and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in product quality, development processes, and team performance. - Conduct risk assessments related and implement strategies to mitigate potential quality issues. - Work closely with Operation Manager to proactively address and resolve risks throughout the development lifecycle.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

🔍 Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - 5 years of work experience in a quality management, development and training role. - In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards. - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with regulatory compliance and familiarity with restaurant quality standards. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
