ลักษณะงาน

- Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and industrial clients across Phuket and the Andaman region. - Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets and maintain target profit margins. - Secure product specifications (spec-in) through early pre-tender and design-stage engagement with consultants and project owners. - Manage the full sales cycle from quotation and order processing to delivery coordination, after-sales support, and payment collection.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in any field or any related engineering filed - Required sales experience background in following industry (steel / structural steel or construction materials) - Required sales experience in Phuket area with a project or B2B sales background in construction - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus. - Valid driver's license and own vehicle - Currently based in Phuket or nearby provinces or local candidate
