ลักษณะงาน

Payroll Operations: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment of salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and other employee benefits. Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, payroll tax regulations, Social Security Fund requirements, provident fund contributions, and other relevant statutory requirements. Regional Coordination: Work closely with regional and overseas teams to coordinate payroll reporting, share operational updates, implement regional policies, and ensure consistency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5–7 years of experience in payroll operations, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred. Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and Thai payroll-related regulations, including personal income tax, Social Security Fund, provident fund, and statutory reporting. Experience coordinating with regional or overseas stakeholders in a multinational or regional business environment. Good command of written and spoken English.
