ลักษณะงาน

- Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for fit-out and MEP works. - Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and costing. - Maintain cost plans and monitor project budgets, actual costs, and cost variances. - Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to support procurement activities. - Assess, price, and manage variations, change orders, and additional works. - Verify subcontractor work progress, quantities, and payment claims. - Monitor project cost performance, identify cost risks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a corporate office environment. - Good understanding of interior construction methods and joinery detailing. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. - Good Thai and English communication skills.
