ลักษณะงาน

Oversee and control overall accounting work: AP, AR, GL, and related transactions. Verify daily entries: invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, credit/debit notes. Control invoicing and billing based on shipment/job data. Reconcile supplier invoices with POs and delivery documents. Verify shipment revenue and costs against quotations. Record and reconcile bank, cash, and petty cash payments. Monitor AR/AP aging reports for credit risk and payment planning. Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or multinational companies. Strong knowledge of Thailand accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT, and withholding tax. Experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting. Good command of Thai and English. Proficient in Excel and accounting software; CPD license preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
