ลักษณะงาน

-Drive the growth of the Air Export business in terms of Sales, Gross Profit, and Volume. -Develop and generate new business from Shippers, Freight Forwarders, and Overseas Agents. -Manage and develop the Sales Pipeline, from target customers and opportunities through expected volume, gross profit, and deal closure. -Develop sales strategies, target customer segments, pricing strategies, and Strategic -Trade Lanes to generate consistent volume. -Build and maintain strong relationships with Airlines and Co-loaders. -Work closely with management to plan and define the short-term and long-term

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Bachelor's degree or higher Logistics related fields (will be an advantage). -Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the Air Cargo or Freight Forwarding industry. -Proven track record in generating Air Export sales and volume. -Strong network within the Air Cargo industry. -Existing customer base with proven ability to develop new customers, negotiate, and close business independently. -Service-minded with strong problem-solving skills. -Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Good command of both Thai and English for business communication.
