ลักษณะงาน

เรากำลังรับสมัคร! Responsibilities: Accounting: day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, monthly reconciliation, and monthly income and expense documentation for our external accounting firm. HR & Payroll: monthly payroll with deductions and student loan repayments, Social Security and staff income tax, business visas, work permits and 90-day reporting for foreign staff, plus employee records and contracts. Finance: company payments, transfers, and cash flow tracking. Admin: company license renewals, contract renewals with property owners, and drop-in class sales records.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements: * Thai national * Good spoken and written English * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Well organized and able to keep track of deadlines * Computer savvy and comfortable learning new software * Able to work independently * Discretion with confidential company and staff information * Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a bonus * Familiarity with Thai tax, Social Security, and labor regulations is a bonus * QuickBooks experience is a bonus * Personal yoga or meditation practice is a plus!
