DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To manage job order, to book Land & Sea Service or Tour and any other service according to bookings, to deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email and etc. enquiries. 2. To ensure that all reservation is booked correctly with full and clear information, to prepare all supplies for tour, transfer in – out and any other service according to bookings. 3. To create daily floor sheets detailing reservations and undertake general administration duties related. 4. To liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. 5. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Experience is an advantage.) 2. Computer literate with Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English. 3. Ability to work in a high pressured environment, to meet tight deadlines, to build rapport and create professional relationships. 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in work with the ability to prioritise and Multi-Task. 5. Good attitude, flexible, willing to learn and adapt, active, well-organised, independent and service-minded.
