ลักษณะงาน

MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNUALLY REPORT - To ensure on time recording of business activities as compliance to the local accounting standard and general accepted accounting practice as well as to group policy both for statutory requirement and management need. - To finish the monthly, quarterly, and annually and reporting required by internal and external parties - To manage the accounts via trial balance management by regularly monitoring the balance sheet items through aging and working schedule. SALE BACKLOG AND MARGIN MONITORING AND REPORTING TO HEADQUARTER - To monitor, review and report the booking, sale, backlog and margin for sale - To unsure the cost incurred for each project are recognized correctly. - To coordinate with customers, suppliers and sub-contractor for an invoice and payment status. CO-ORDINATOR WITH HEADQUARTER - To cooperate with intercompany in any matter required - To ensure a daily operation compliance with SOPP. - To monitor a fixed asset purchasing and to ensure it accordance with approval. CUSTOMER CREDIT EVATUALTION - To evaluate the new credit application for both new and exist customers. - To review AR aging which submitted by Finance, Executive. - To monitor and review a customer’s credit annually, also to point out if there is any risk of credit exposure.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. เพศหญิง - ชาย 2. อายุ 25 - 35 ปี 3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-5 ปี 4. หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Audit จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 5. หากมีประสบการณ์กับระบบ SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 6. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม ทั้งการเขียนและ การพูด
