ลักษณะงาน

- Daily Financial Operations: Process invoices, receipts, expenses, and bank transactions while actively monitoring AR/AP, petty cash, and payment approvals. - Financial Reporting & Closing: Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, cash-flow analysis, and management reports in coordination with external partners. - Planning & Compliance: Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis while ensuring adherence to local accounting, tax, and statutory regulations. - External Stakeholder Relations: Act as the liaison for auditors, banks, tax authorities, and vendors

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a related field - At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, finance and payroll - Practical knowledge of accounting processes, payroll administration, and financial reporting - Good command of written and spoken English to liaise with headquarter based in Singapore. Chinese language will be a plus. - Experience with Quickbooks software - Strong familiarity with Thai accounting, tax, social security and labour requirement is preferred. - Able to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
