ลักษณะงาน

-Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure sales process efficiency -Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related members to restock finished goods. -Resolve issues with teams to make process efficiency -Implement and maintain processes for efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods. -Process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently into the system -Coordinate daily shipping operations with warehouse teams and third-party logistics -Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding order status, stock availability

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Bachelor’s degree in related field -At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations -Professional proficiency in English -Strong capability in Excel, and data visualization to analyze sales and inventory metrics -Expertise in managing POs, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and quotation forms -Ability to bridge communication gaps between the sales team, clients, warehouse staff, and finance. -Competence in resolving unexpected issues like delivery delays, stock discrepancies, and urgent customer requests.
