ลักษณะงาน

Main Responsibilities Support the preparation and organisation of production documents. Collect, review, and follow up on required documents from internal teams. Maintain and update project files in Google Drive and Production Folders. Update project trackers, calendars, and production schedules. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks. Assist in preparing crew lists and other production-related documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete. Provide administrative and operational support to the Production Secretary as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication Arts, Business Administration, English, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with good document management skills. Able to communicate in both Thai and English. Familiar with Microsoft Office Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about film, advertising, or media production.
