ลักษณะงาน

The Soft Skills and Thai Language Trainer is responsible for delivering the language and workplace readiness training that bridges the gap between a candidate's existing skills and what our employer clients require. Most of our candidates arrive with strong functional skills in kitchen or service work. What holds them back is Thai language proficiency and workplace confidence, not technical ability.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Native or near-native Thai speaker with strong spoken communication skills and the ability to explain Thai language concepts clearly to non-native learners Practical experience teaching or training Thai language to adult learners, ideally in a workplace or vocational context rather than a purely academic one Comfortable working with adult learners who have low formal literacy and non-standard educational backgrounds Genuine patience and empathy in the training room; able to build trust quickly with candidates from different cultural backgrounds Organized and consistent in maintaining candidate
