- Review and assess property insurance claims while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely resolution. - Collaborate with global operations teams to develop and implement best practices, workflows, and claims processes. - Contribute to building and expanding the Thailand operations team to support business growth. - Coach and support team members to achieve long-term performance and professional development. - Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and operational performance, and prepare management reports. - Deliver excellent customer service

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in property insurance claims or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in reconstruction, restoration, water mitigation, building repair, or related industries. - Experience in property damage estimating and repair scoping is highly preferred. - Background in construction, engineering, or related technical disciplines is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Experience with Verisk or similar claims management systems is an advantage.
