ลักษณะงาน

- Prepare quotations, tax invoices, and receipts for clients - Issue withholding tax certificates (Form 50 tawi) - Process staff expense reimbursements and organize financial filing - Assist with data entry/reconciliation in FlowAccount - Support monthly VAT/WHT tax filing prep and liaise with our external accounting firm - จัดทำใบเสนอราคา, ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน - ออกหนังสือรับรองหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ) - เคลียร์ค่าใช้จ่ายพนักงานและจัดเก็บเอกสารการเงิน - ช่วยคีย์ข้อมูล/กระทบยอดใน FlowAccount - ช่วยเตรียมข้อมูลยื่นภาษี VAT/WHT รายเดือน และประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชีภายนอก

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration - Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets - Detail-oriented, organized, curious, and comfortable using AI tools day-to-day - Nice to have: basic Thai tax knowledge, FlowAccount - กำลังศึกษาหรือจบใหม่สาขาบัญชี/การเงิน/บริหารธุรกิจ - ใช้ Excel/Google Sheets ได้ - ละเอียดรอบคอบ, มีระเบียบ, ใฝ่เรียนรู้, ใช้เครื่องมือ AI ในงานได้ - ข้อดี: มีความรู้ภาษีเบื้องต้น, เคยใช้ FlowAccount
