ลักษณะงาน

- Establish sales target (KPIs) and develop strategic plans with dealers in the Northern region - Monitor and drive sales performance for both internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) commercial trucks - Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies in real-time Dealer Operations & Standards: - Oversee and audit dealer showrooms and service centers to ensure compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) and Operation Standards - Provide business consultancy to dealer principals and management to improve overall profitability

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor or Higher; Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Related fields - Minimum 5-7 years in Dealer Management or Automotive Sales (experience in commercial truck/fleet is a strong advantage) - Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher - Major Subject : Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field - Skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office - Knowledge about Bus construction

เงินเดือน/ค่าตอบแทน

50,000 - 80,000 บาท
