Contact providers (villas, yachts) to verify rates, execute follow-ups, and maintain Price Matrices with exact margins for the sales team. Update product catalogs on strict deadlines and coordinate with Digital Marketing to ensure websites accurately reflect current business data. Conduct competitor analysis on packages, update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and organize the physical inventory list. Track operational KPIs weekly, deliver proactive monthly reports to management, and reply to customer reviews in real time with zero delays.

Proactive and result-oriented style with a proven capability to take projects from start to finish without waiting for instructions. Comfortable handling data structures, complex pricing models, and spreadsheets, with a strong preference for practical experience in Asana.
