ลักษณะงาน

Roles and Responsibilities: • Liaise with and support professional Thai and foreign colleagues in long-established Thai law firm with predominantly international clientele • Handle all types of commercial dispute resolutions including, litigation, arbitration (ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, TAI, THAC etc.), negotiations and enforcement actions. • Analyze factual and legal points and create case strategies • Conduct factual investigations and witness preparations • Conduct legal research • Provide legal opinions and recommendations • Prepare complaints, answers, motions and other documents

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: • A valid Thai lawyer license • At least 5 years’ intensive experience as a commercial litigator • Capable of working independently and as a team member • Have strong analytical and communication skills • Energetic, service-minded and result-oriented • Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written) • Computer literate (advanced Microsoft Word and Excel)
