ลักษณะงาน

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. - Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and appointment scheduling. - Provide information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions. - Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations. - Manage check-in and check-out procedures. - Process payments and maintain accurate transaction area. - Support administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness industry is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Thai. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and service-minded personality. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
