คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related fields - Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations - Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Good command of English is preferred
