- Offer real estate for sale to customers until the sale is closed. - Create customer satisfaction - Basic customer analysis regarding loans - Take customers to visit the project (Currently, there are 9 projects throughout Pattaya, with 7 condominium projects completed, 1 condo under construction, and 1 project to be built in the future.) - Coordinate with relevant parties - Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Male or Female, Age 28 years old up - Graduate from Diploma degree up - Have experience in high real estate more than 1 year - Excellence in English communicate (Speak, write) - Excellence in Chinese communicate (Speak, write) - Excellence in Russian communicate (Speak, write) - Good personality, good human relations and responsible - Can be used in persuasive negotiations. Eloquent, witty and good at solving immediate problems. - Passionate about sales and customer service, honest and honest. - Only have a driver's license. - Can be worrk 6 days/week (day off not Saturday-Sunday) - Can be work 09.00 am.- 6.00 pm. - Work at Thepprasit Soi 6
