Support the MD and HR Director to ensure peak operational flow. Admin Support: Sync calendars/emails, coordinate travel, handle executive logistics (e.g., scooter rentals), and act as central office liaison. Documentation: Draft/proofread reports and presentations, conduct market research, and maintain 100% confidential archives. Project Tracking: Monitor project deadlines with teams, compile weekly status updates, and triage tasks based on urgency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Any field). ● A proven ability to prioritize complex schedules and manage logistics with precision. ● A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute secrecy. ● Fluent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues in ENGLISH ● Resourcefulness, quick-thinking, and a "team-first" mindset.
