ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities • Coordinate between Chinese executives and Thai staff to ensure operations run efficiently. • Translate, communicate, and accurately convey the ideas, policies, and work requirements of Chinese management. • Assign, monitor, and supervise Thai staff to ensure tasks are completed according to goals and deadlines. • Follow up on work progress and continuously report operational results to management. • Coordinate and resolve issues arising between Chinese and Thai teams. • Ensure work processes comply with the “Closed-loop Management” system to guarantee tasks are completed eff

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications • Proficient in three languages: Thai, Chinese, and English. • Experience in coordination or management work with Chinese organizations or Chinese-funded projects. • Understanding of Chinese management styles, corporate culture, and working concepts. • Strong management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Experience in construction or engineering projects will be considered an advantage.
